What began with delivering psychiatric care directly into senior living communities has grown into a statewide network of crisis services, jail-based behavioral health programs, and outpatient care. Our growth has been driven by strong partnerships, word of mouth, and a reputation for showing up with consistency, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Today, Flowstate proudly serves all 99 Iowa counties and is the state’s largest provider of behavioral health services in county jails. We continue to work alongside public and private partners to design solutions that reflect the unique needs of the communities we serve.
